Enjoy fresh, plant-based food and drinks (kombucha, water, beer, cocktails and more)

Check out the attendee directory before, during and after the event. It’s like a vegan version of Linkedin! Participation in directory is optional.

Get off your feet and chill out! Tables and chairs will be provided. The music will play at a volume conducive to meaningful conversations. Take a load off and enjoy the company.

Make Meaningful Connections

Expo West has a reputation for being a bit chaotic and overwhelming. Over 80,000 people attend and there are over 3,000 exhibitors. It’s hard to find the right people and have in-depth conversions. Attention spans are short and everyone’s feet hurt.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you were in a quiet space with vegan professionals who want to learn more about you and your business? Especially if you didn’t have to yell over loud music or try to grab their attention on the trade show floor?

That’s what you’ll experience at this networking event.

Come connect with vegan professionals and new friends in a quiet, relaxed environment. Have valuable conversations over plant-based food and drinks.

You’ll meet influencers, members of the press, brand owners, service providers, consultants, manufacturers and more vegans at Expo West.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be registered for Natural Products Expo West to attend this networking event?
No. This event is open to any vegan professional in the area.
Who is attending this event?
Vegan content creators (YouTubers, Instagrammers, bloggers, podcasters, etc), brand owners, store owners, health care professionals, service providers and more.
Can I bring children to this event?
While we love children, we politely ask that you do not bring them. This is a networking event for adult professionals. Exceptions are made for teenage business owners or content creators who are interested in networking.
Why are you charging for this event?
Your ticket purchase helps us cover the cost of the location, staff and catering. Some of the food and beverages will be donated by vegan businesses. We also believe that an admission cost assists with accountability (i.e. attendance) and making the most out of the event.
Are tickets refundable?
You can request a refund through Eventbrite within 7 days of the event. After March 2nd your ticket is not refundable, but it is transferable. You may transfer registration to a friend, business contact or colleague.
Who is running this event?
Whitney Lauritsen, creator of Eco-Vegan Gal and founder of Creative Wellth, with the support of volunteers and brand partners (like Good Catch). You can learn more about Whitney’s work as a content creator, business coach and digital media consultant here.
What's Good Catch?
Good Catch Foods is one of the sponsors. They make delicious, sustainable, plant-based seafood. They are culinary rebels with a cause. Their master chefs pour their talents into crafting plant-based recipes that provide the taste experience of fine seafood. Close your eyes and savor the delectable flavors and flaky textures, made only with nutrient-rich, sustainable ingredients. All Good Catch products are made with a proprietary five bean blend, delivering 17 grams of clean plant-based protein in every serving. Their product lineup includes both shelf-stable and frozen favorites, including fish-free tuna, naked in water and oil and herbs, fish-free burgers and sliders, and crab-free cakes. Easy to prepare, Good Catch is an ideal choice for anyone looking to add flavor-forward meatless options to their diets; all with the nutritional content of seafood, but without any impact to our oceans and sea life. Good Catch is the good way to enjoy seafood without sacrifice. Satisfy your sea tooth and reel in the smart, clean, delicious choice. Good Catch: Plant Made. Chef Mastered.
What's Seed Food and Wine Festival?
Seed Food and Wine Festival is one of the sponsors. Although, it’s more than just a festival. Seed is a movement, a community of ideas and passionate people committed to elevating the conversation around plant-based foods, wellness, sustainability, conscious living, and the welfare of animals. Meet them in Los Angeles this May as we join forces with Eat Drink Vegan to bring SEED Food and Wine Week LA. SFWLA will be a week-long celebration of the best in plant-based foods & lifestyle brands, craft beers + wines + spirits, wellness, celebrity chef dinners, yoga, a 5k Run, and more. Tickets now on sale here.
Are you interested in more sponsors or vendors for this event?
Not this year. Please inquire about how you can be involved in next year’s event!
